- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - New England District is issuing a Pre-Solicitation Notice for the proposed Construction Equipment Services Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) at various project sites throughout New Hampshire, and include the following locations; a. Buffumville Lake Project Office 48 Old Oxford Road, Charlton, MA 01507 (Worcester County) b. Charles River Natural Valley Storage Area Project Office 518 E. Hartford Ave., Uxbridge, MA 01569 c. Conant Brook Dam Project Office 98 Conant Brook Road, Monson, MA 01057 (Hampden County) d. East Brimfield Lake Project Office 24 Riverview Ave., Fiskdale, MA 01518 (Worcester County) e. Hodges Village Dam Project Office 45 Howarth Road, Oxford, MA 01540 (Worcester County) f. Mansfield Hollow Lake Project Office 147 Mansfield Hollow Road, Mansfield Ctr, CT 06250 (Windham County) g. Thames River Basin Office (Co-Located with Hodges Village Dam) 30 Howarth Road, Oxford, MA 01540 (Worcester County) h. West Hill Dam Project Office 518 E. West Thompson Park Project Office 449 Reardon Road, N. Grosvenordale, CT 06255 (Windham County) k. Woonsocket Flood Control Project Area Includes the following: i. Woonsocket Falls Dam, 121 South Main Street, Woonsocket, RI. 02895 (Providence County) ii. Social District Pumping Station, 593 Clinton Street, Woonsocket, RI. 02895 (Providence County) iii. Hamlet District Pumping Station, 195 Davidson Avenue, Woonsocket, RI. 02895 (Providence County) iv. Singleton Street Pumping Station, 100 Singleton Street, Woonsocket, RI 02895 (Providence County) The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to execute the Construction Equipment Services for each BPA Call under the proposed agreement. No single BPA Call may exceed $25,000 in total cost. The BPA Master Dollar Limit is $250,000. The intent of the proposed BPA is to provide the Government with a rapid response and cost-effective way to maintain the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers' facilities. The period of performance for the proposed agreement will be up to THIRTY-SIX (36) MONTHS AFTER AWARD. This solicitation will be available on or about 09-MAY-2018 with an anticipated quote due date of 21-MAY-2018, and an expected award date of 28-MAY-2018. The solicitation will be available for downloading by accessing the Federal Business Opportunities website (http://www.fbo.gov). In order to view this solicitation, prospective contractors are required to self register their firm with Federal Business Opportunities (Go to http://www.fbo.gov and "register now" under Vendor/Citizens). Amendments, if any, will be available at this Internet site. Registrants are responsible for the accuracy of the information on the registration list. This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 236220 with a Small Business Size Standard of $36.5 MILLION. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered by the New England District. NO ADDITIONAL INFORMATION WILL BE AVAILABLE PRIOR TO SOLICITATION.
