- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - New England District is issuing a Pre-Solicitation Notice for the proposed Construction Equipment Services Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) at various project sites throughout Massachusetts, and include the following locations; a. Barre Falls Project Office [Including Mt Wachusett Radio Relay Area] 200 Coldbrook Road (off Rt62), Barre, MA 01005 (Worcester County) b. Birch Hill Dam Project Office 68 Birch Hill Dam Road, Royalston, MA 01368 (Worcester County) c. Knightville Dam Project Office 49 Knightville Dam Road, Huntington, MA 01050 (Hampshire County) d. Littleville Lake Project Office 32 Goss Hill Road, Huntington, MA 01050 (Hampshire County) e. Lower Connecticut River Basin Office (Co-Located with Tully Lake) 3 Athol-Richmond Road, Royalston, MA 01368 (Worcester County) f. Tully Lake Project Office 2 Athol-Richmond Road, Royalston, MA 01368 (Worcester County) The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to execute the Construction Equipment Services for each BPA Call under the proposed agreement. No single BPA Call may exceed $25,000 in total cost. The BPA Master Dollar Limit is $250,000. The intent of the proposed BPA is to provide the Government with a rapid response and cost-effective way to maintain the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers' facilities. The period of performance for the proposed agreement will be up to THIRTY-SIX (36) MONTHS AFTER AWARD. This solicitation will be available on or about 09-MAY-2018 with an anticipated quote due date of 21-MAY-2018, and an expected award date of 28-MAY-2018. The solicitation will be available for downloading by accessing the Federal Business Opportunities website (http://www.fbo.gov). In order to view this solicitation, prospective contractors are required to self register their firm with Federal Business Opportunities (Go to http://www.fbo.gov and "register now" under Vendor/Citizens). Amendments, if any, will be available at this Internet site. Registrants are responsible for the accuracy of the information on the registration list. This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 236220 with a Small Business Size Standard of $36.5 MILLION. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered by the New England District. NO ADDITIONAL INFORMATION WILL BE AVAILABLE PRIOR TO SOLICITATION.
