- Amendment A00005, 36C26118Q0532 AMENDMENT TO SOLICITATION, Continuation 1) Under SECTION B STATEMENT OF WORK (SOW), section 4.9 Hours of Work has been changed from: 4.9.2 Work shall be conducted after normal VA business hours, Monday through Friday, from 4:30 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. Pacific Standard Time (PST). Actual hours worked during the timeframe of 4:30 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. PST shall be coordinated with the VA interior designer, and agreed upon by both the contractor and VA interior designer. And replaced with: 4.9.2 Fifty percent of the items shall be delivered after normal VA business hours, Monday through Friday, from 4:30 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. Pacific Standard Time (PST). Fifty percent of the items shall be delivered during normal VA business hours, Monday through Friday, from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. PST. One hundred percent of the installation shall be done during normal VA business hours, Monday through Friday, from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. PST. Actual hours worked during the timeframes shall be coordinated with the VA interior designer, and agreed upon by both the contractor and VA interior designer. 2) Under SECTION B STATEMENT OF WORK (SOW), section 4.4 Contract Tasks/Requirements, the following has been added: 4.4.8 All bookcases, lockers, and/or laterals over sixty (60) inches tall shall be seismically braced, which includes, but is not limited to, line item numbers 28, 29, and 32 of the items listed in the Price Cost Schedule of Supplies and Services.
