Description
The 81st Contracting Squadron is seeking information concerning the availability of contractors capable of providing Cyber Training Curriculum Development services at Keesler AFB, MS. This is a SOURCES SOUGHT Notice issued for informational and planning purposes only. Please Read All Information below before responding. This is NOT a Request for Proposal and shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation, or ultimately award a contract. Any information provided in response to this notice is strictly voluntary. The Government will not be responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties in responding to this Sources Sought Notice. Information provided in response to this notice will be used to facilitate the decision making process and will not be disclosed outside the Air Force. Curriculum and training development falls within North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code 611710 - Educational Support Services, and the applicable small business size standard is $15,000,000. Description of Services Required: This contract shall provide turnkey cyber operations curricula in support of the 333d Training Squadron mission to deliver Cyber Initial Skills Training (IST) by modularizing and updating the Undergraduate Cyber Training (AFSC: 17XX) and Cyber Warfare Operations Apprentice Course (AFSC: 1B4X1) cyber operations IST courses. The contractor shall apply the latest research-supported innovations in adult education and training to deliver a collection of training courses featuring interactive team-enabled and mission-focused content. Courses shall be delivered as flexible "modules" of training covering similar or related subject matter and organized to flow in a logical progression while supporting stand-alone delivery to individualize student learning plans. Course material shall be designed to maximize students' knowledge and skill retention within the prescribed course lengths. Course material shall reflect the current Air Force and Joint cyber operations environment. The contractor shall incorporate relevant modern and legacy technology as required and appropriate for prescribed training objectives. Additionally, the contractor shall incorporate real-world examples, scenarios and case studies from the Air Force (AF) & Department of Defense (DoD) (e.g. Air Force Space Command, US Cyber Command, 24th Air Force, National Security Agency, etc.). Following completion of all course software and training materials, the contractor shall implement the new curricula, train the cadre and assist instructors during the validation of each block of training. Contractor Response: We request that contractors respond to this Sources Sought Notice with information in sufficient detail to support their capability to satisfy the requirements as stated above at Keesler AFB.
