- STATEMENT OF WORK (SOW) Ensite(Precision) Cardio Mapping Upgrade The Salt Lake City Veterans Health Care System is in the need to purchase the Ensite(Precision) Cardio Mapping Upgrade. The Cardiology Department currently uses the Ensite Cardio Mapping System and needs to purchase the upgrade to be able to provide better treatment/care for patients. This will be a brand name request. Description The Ensite Precision System is comprised of three groups of components; the Ensite Amplifier, the display workstation and the Ensite Precision Module. The system includes the Ensite Courier PACS Module V3.0, Ensite Derxi Module V.1.3.1, Ensite Verismo Module V.2.0.1 and Ensite Fusion ModuleV.7.1. Salient Characteristics Cardiac Cath Upgrade EnSite AutoMap o The software module allows user to create high density maps with any catheter. Collect data with no point limit. Automatic deletion of points outside user-specific criteria. Automated point inclusion and exclusion criteria include: score threshold for morphology match, cycle length tolerance, catheter speed limit, distance threshold, signal to noise threshold, force. EnSite AutoMark o The software module allows for automated lesion marker guidance based on user-defined criteria. Size and color lesion markers based on multiple criteria. Assess ablation catheter stability and AutoMark placement with the AutoTrack feature for automatic recording of precise tip location during RF energy application (1) Anti Fatigue Mat EnSite Connect Remote Access for real time technical support through a secure broadband connection. A magnetic interface that will work in conjunction with the mapping system- This piece of hardware will provide magnetic scaling for the mapping system and provide a more precise depiction of the anatomy as compared to an MRI or CT scan. It will also provide a second set of eyes as a reference for stability. This is made possible by using a sensor enabled circular mapping catheter called the Advisor FL, replacing the Reflexion Spiral. AutoMark expansion module- automated lesion marker when the Ampere ablation generator is being used. No longer will the lesions be subjective based on the person running the mapping system. The physician and system operator will discuss the parameters he/she desires to achieve during ablation and once those parameters are met, an automated visual lesion will be earned and marked on the model. Examples of the parameters would include time of ablation, power of ablation, temperature, contact force applied with the catheter, impedance drop, etc. Automap expansion module- this module is designed to be used when mapping and re-mapping various arrhythmias. It automates the mapping procedure and allows the operator to go back and re-map at 10 times the speed with recorded data, improving efficiencies and saving procedure time. We maintain the ability to annotate/adjust each point when desired by the physician. New Precision Patches- the new patches are smaller and stickier and we feel that they won t peel away over time or on a sweaty patient, leading to an improvement in the overall stability of the system Compliance Scope The contractor will have the requested products delivered and installed at VA Medical Center, 500 Foothill Blvd., Salt Lake City UT, 84148. Items to be purchased. EnSite Precision Cardiac Mapping System END OF STATEMENT OF WORK
