- This procurement will be issued as 100 % Small business Set-Aside, utilizing Full and Open Competition after exclusion of sources This is a single National Stock Number (NSN) Request for Proposal which will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year plus four - one year options. The part being procured is Strap Assembly, Fair for NSN 1560-01-317-7792. There are several approved sources all with the same part number of 74A330833-1017 for supply: G.S.E Dynamics, CAGE 29183; Aerometals, CAGE 32664; Boeing Co., CAGE 76301; Northrop Grumman, CAGE 76823; and Essner Mfg., CAGE 2B834 for an Estimated Annual Quantity of 72 each. The required delivery schedule is 120 days. Configuration Control applies. FOB Destination. Inspection and Acceptance is Origin. Solicitation issue date is 18 MAY 2018. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
