- General Information Document Type Pre-solicitation Request for Information Number M67854-18-R-5015 Posted Date 02 May 2018 Response Date N/A NAICS Code 811319 Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance THIS DOCUMENT IS INTENDED TO PROVIDE INFORMATION TO INDUSTRY Description Product Manager, Engineer Systems (PdM ES), Marine Corps Systems Command (MARCORSYSCOM) will within the next 6 months be posting a Request for Proposal (RFP)for the conduct of a service life extension program (SLEP) on The Marine Corps All Terrain Crane (ATC) MAC 50. The ATC is a rubber tired, hydraulic boom crane capable of lifting and swinging 100,000 pounds. The ATC provides high speed, all terrain capability to lift extremely heavy loads, with high reliability, availability and maintainability. Offerors must demonstrate the ability to restore each ATC back to like new condition and make improvements that meet the requirements that will be listed within the upcoming RFP. The Marine Corps requirement is estimated to be 145 systems. The RFP is expected to be released in 4th Quarter Fiscal Year 2018. The anticipated contract type will be firm-fixed price (FFP), Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), 60 month period of performance (five 12-month ordering periods). No industry day is planned. Draft Statement of Work and Performance Specifications will be released prior to posting an official RFP.
