Description

The work includes the replacement of the electrical service at BLDG 1005. Remove overhead primary conductors, pole mounted transformers, pad mounted transformers, existing service, generator, automatic transfer switch, above ground fuel tank, existing main distribution panel, all associated conduit, conductors. and any concrete pads associated with the equipment. Install new pad mounted transformer, service disconnect, generator, automatic transfer switch, main distribution panel, and new conduit and conductors as required. Re-route the primary overhead and underground conductors to the new service location and incidental related work. The proposed Contractor will provide sufficient material, labor, equipment, supervision, and transportation to fulfill all requirements of the contract in accordance with industry standards. This work shall be completed within 210 days of the effective award date of the contract.
