This announcement is not a request for quotes or proposals but all responsible sources may submit a proposal or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate a Firm Fixed Price contract with only one source, King Nutronics Corporation,Cage Code 13859 The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-97. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 334513, with a small business size standard of 750 Employees.
