- U.S. GOVERNMENT Notice of Intent to Use Other than Full and Open Competition Solicitation for Offers No. 5FL0504 General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: FL City: Tampa Delineated Area: West: Business State Road 41. North: County Road 582A. South: State Road 41/92. East: Hwy 93A/State Road 301. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 2,800 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 3,220 Space Type: Warehouse Parking Spaces (Total): 0 Parking Spaces (Surface): 0 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 0 Firm Term: 0 Soft Term: 60 Option 1 Term: 0 Option 2 Term: 0 Additional Requirements: The space must have convenient interstate and local highway access and parking sufficient to cover official business needs of numerous visitors. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. The U.S. Government currently occupies 3,220 Rentable Square Feet (RSF) with a Common Area Factor (CAF) of 15%, yielding 2,800 ANSI BOMA Office Area square feet (ABOA) located in The Breckenridge Building at 5911-J Breckenridge Pky, Tampa, FL 33610-4240 under lease number LFL62566 in Tampa, FL, that will be expiring on 06/30/2018. The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government’s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.
