Description

SLAC National Accelerator Laboratory is operated by Stanford University for the Department of Energy. As a management and operating contractor, subcontracts awarded by the Laboratory are not Federal procurements, and are not directly subject to the Federal Acquisition Regulations in 48 CFR. Nonetheless, certain Federal laws, Executive Orders, and regulations may affect our DOE approved purchasing system, as required by statute, regulation, or contract terms and conditions. SLAC seeks vendors that can provide the following: Brand name or equal to: 1.1. SLC-1720-S-UHV: Positioner with 12 mm travel, crossed roller guideway and integrated sensor (appr. 1 nm resolution), UHV compatibel (1e-11 mbar), Kapton-insulated stranded wires, 2 mm longer base plate towards cable QTY 2 2. ALL-CON-UHV-15: Pair of D-SUB-15 plugs (atmosphere: standard, vacuum: PEEK), assembly of the cables QTY 2 3. SLC 2430-S-UHV:Positioner with 16 mm travel, crossed roller guideway and integrated sensor (appr. 1 nm resolution), UHV compatible (10e-9 mbar), Kapton-insulated stranded wires QTY1 4. ALL-CON-UHV-15: Pair of D-SUB-15 plugs (atmosphere: standard, vacuum: PEEK), assembly of the cables QTY 1 5. CABLES-VAC: Standard cable lengths: Positioner - Feedthrough: 60 cm QTY1
