- Notice of Intent to Sole Source National Center for Health Workforce Analysis (NCHWA) 2017 ADA Data Purchase The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) intends to award a firm fixed price contract to the American Dental Association (ADA) located at 211 E. Chicago Avenue, Chicago, IL 60611. The purpose of this procurement is to purchase the 2017 ADA Master File and the ADA is the sole proprietor of the data. This effort is in support of the NCHWA. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 518210. The anticipated delivery date for the Master File is June 15, 2018. This notice is provided pursuant to 41 U.S.C. 3304(a)(1) and Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Part 6.302-1. The supplies or services required by the agency are available from only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Extensive market research was conducted prior to the posting of this notice and the ADA is the only source found to be able to provide the data contained in the Master File. The intent of this notice is not to solicit competitive offers. The proposed contract action is for supplies and services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302-1. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, interested offerors may submit their capabilities or responses before the closing date and time of this notice to the Government for consideration. All responses must be received via email by 4:00 PM EDT, May 14, 2018. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract action is based upon responses to this notice and is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this synopsis or any follow up information requests.
