- Description
- Looking for interested vendors who can provide the following: Strap, Hand Holds. Purchase in strict accordance with drawing 12341384. Webbing material = webbing, olive drab 1.00 wide. Resin treated for improved abrasion resistance. Must meet flammability limitations of FMVSS 302 and FAR 25.853. 2500 LB min breaking strength. Thread material = thread, nylon size E or FF, Color - black Spec V-T-295 or coml equivalent. Web ends must be hot cut to prevent unraveling. Sewing pattern must be a minimum of 0.032 inch from webbing edge and aligned with edge of strap within 5 deg. Maximum number of skipped stitches is three per pattern, one per row. Thread ends after trimming shall not exceed 1/4 inch in length. Sewing must be per FED-STD-751. Class 301. Length after sewing = 11.50 - 12.50. Loop with 1/2 twist in webbing on one end only. 0.75 box pattern stitching at centerline. Apply stencil "SEE TAB" per MIL-STD-130.
