- Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) - Fort Knox intends to issue a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for a Requirements Type Contract (RTC) for a base year plus two one-year option periods to produce, package and mark Water/Shaker (Combo) Bottles for the Army Marketing Research Group, Army advertising program in Fort Knox, Kentucky. The estimated period of performance is 30 June 2018 to 29 June 2021. This will be solicited as a 100% small business set aside, all responsible and responsive businesses may submit an offer for consideration. A firm fixed price supply contract will be awarded. NAICS 326160 (Size Standard: 1,250 Employees) applies to this procurement. The solicitation will be posted to Federal Business Opportunities website at http://www.fbo.gov on or about 17 May 2018. All amendments to the solicitation will be likewise posted on this website. Contractors are cautioned to check the website periodically for amendments. Solicitation mailing list will not be compiled and the RFQ and amendments will not be sent out in paper copy. All documentation can and must be downloaded from the website above. All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM at www.sam.gov) to be eligible for award of a contract. Faxed offers or amendments will not be accepted. Award will be made to the lowest priced, responsive, responsible offeror. All offers must be submitted in writing to Melissa Brackett via email at melissa.j.brackett.civ@mail.mil.
