Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has not obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate Request for Quotation (RFQ) will not be issued. The solicitation number is # FA3016-18-U-0150 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This combined synopsis/solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95 effective 19 January 2017 and DFARS Change Notice 20161222, effective 22 December 2016. This procurement is being issued as 100% small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System(NAICS) code is 238330 and the size standard is $15M. This is a requirement for installation of Robbins Pulastic Classic 110 and Robbins Pulastic Classic 60 flooring or equal.
