- MICC - Fort Knox intends to issue a request for quotation (RFQ) to provide a full meal support system for 215 Cadets and 35 Cadre personnel conducting JCLC Camp Marseilles at Marseilles Training Center located at 1700 Army Road, Marseilles, IL 61341 from 11 - 15 June 2018 during the conduct of annual Army Junior Cadet Leadership Challenge (JCLC) encampment. This requirement is 100% Small Business. The NAICS is 722320 and the Size standard is $7,500,000. All responsible sources may submit a quote which will be considered. The Request for Quote (RFQ) will be posted to the Federal Business Opportunities website (FedBizOpps) at http://www.fbo.gov on or about 9 May 2018. The solicitation may be downloaded from this website. Contractors shall be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for award of a contract. Contractors shall ensure SAM registration is active. The official SAM website is https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. The quote is due on 17 May 2018, 9:00 A.M. (Eastern Time) and must be emailed to Purchasing Agent, Jon Leppala, - jon.a.leppala.civ@mail.mil Please note these dates are subject to change. All amendments to the solicitation will be posted to the FedBizOpps website. Contractors are cautioned to check this website for amendments. Paper copies of the Solicitation will not be available. Solicitation must be downloaded at the above listed website. Email any questions regarding this solicitation to Jon Leppala by 16 May 2018 09:00 A.M. (Eastern Time) to allow a written response prior to the quotes due date. No remarks or written responses to questions by government personnel shall change or qualify any of the terms or conditions of this solicitation.
