- Product Description The Army Contracting Command Command-Redstone Arsenal AL intends to award Data Mill, LLC, on a sole-source basis, under authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2) and 6.302(c) "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, and name brand requirements" for Repair Data software support and maintenance. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; any offers will be considered; however, it is the government's intent to award a sole-source purchase to Data Mill, LLC. Any parties that feel they can meet this requirement should contact Samuel Mason via email at samuel.j.mason.civ@mail.mil, no later than 11 May 2018 at 10 AM (CST).
