The Government proposes to acquire, on a firm-fixed-price (FFP) contract with a quantity of 58 each of a MANIFOLD ASSEMBLY, NSN: 1650-01-25-2082, Part Number: 266750-101 applicable to the BJ (AH-64) weapon system. Production Lead Time (PLT) without First Article Testing is 180 DACA with deliveries to TRACY, CA, 95304-5000. This item is restricted to: PARKER-HANNIFIN CORPORATION, CAGE CODE: 82106 The rights to use the data needed to purchase this part from additional source(s) are not owned by the Government and cannot be purchased, developed, or otherwise obtained. As a result, this acquisition is currently being procured under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1(a)(1) having only a limited number of responsible sources. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves.
