- PR 0072417707 NSN 1670-01-329-8010 Issue Date: May 24, 2018 Close Date: June 25, 2018 SLING,RESCUE,HELICO IAW SOURCE BREEZE-EASTERN LLC DBA 08484 P/N 14578-1 Manufacture IAW Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to this procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. Only Vendors who have access to the data or can provide traceability to the approved sources should bid. Requirement is a 100% unrestricted procurement, utilizing other than full and open competition. Electronic quotes are NOT acceptable for this solicitation. This Solicitation will result in a Firm Fixed Price, Definite Quantity Contract for a total quantity of 73 pair. Past Performance Information Retrieval System (PPIRS) applies. Navy Critical Safety Item Higher Level Quality is required. The required production lead-time is after receipt of order (ARO). FOB: Origin I: Origin A: Origin Phased delivery is not requested but acceptable. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
