Offerors must annotate on their submission estimated delivery date, any warranty information above what is requested, and any shipping costs (including as it pertains to replacement parts). This is a brand name only requirement for CUSHMAN AC TOW TRUCK. In order for small business offerors to be eligible for the 10% evaluation discount, they must annotate on their proposal that they are a small business under the applicable NAICS code to this solicitation. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
