- ***Amendment*** Revised drawings The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has a requirement for the replacement of three (3) 70 ™ Communication Towers with three (3) 70 ™ Free Standing Antenna Towers, located at Columbus, GA (CSG RCAG). The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials (unless noted otherwise in the contract documents), and specialized equipment as necessary to perform the work described in the Statement of Work. It is anticipated that a firm-fixed-price type construction contract will be awarded as a result of this solicitation. Site visit instructions can be found in (Section L, 3.2.2.3-63 Site Visit (Construction). ALL QUESTIONS REGARDING THE PROJECT/SPECIFICATIONS/PLANS MUST BE RECEIVED IN WRITING to mary.ctr.littlefield@faa.gov NO LATER THAN 5:00 P.M. CST ON MAY 14, 2018 TO ALLOW FOR RESPONSES TO BE PROVIDED PRIOR TO DUE DATE FOR RECEIPT OF PROPOSALS. Interested vendors should submit the following documents to the point of contact listed at the bottom of this announcement: 1. Capability Statement - This document is limited to not more than six (6) pages and must identify: (a) That your firm has done similar work in the past. (b) Dollar value and type of monitoring /remediation / abatement services provided by your firm under previous contracts (provide dollar value, type of contract, start/completion dates, and customer/end-user information) which meet the contract performance requirements above; (c) Number of years in business performing the services required of this announcement; 2. Business Duns number- Interested vendors shall supply their company Duns number. 3. A copy of the vendor's SBA 8(a) Certification Letter, if applicable. Contractors must be registered with the System for Award Management, www.sam.gov on the date established for receipt of offers (June 1, 2018). Reference AMS Clause 3.3.1-33, paragraph (d), œif the offeror does not become registered in the SAM database in the time prescribed by the Contracting Officer, the Contracting Officer may proceed to award to the next otherwise successful registered Offeror. In addition, offerors must complete the Experience Form and return by closing date of 5:00 p.m. CST, June 1, 2018. The form is provided as a separate document under this announcement. The FAA reserves the right to review and verify each offerors program eligibility. Proposals must be received by Mary Littlefield no later than 5:00 p.m. CST, June 1, 2018. Emailed proposals shall be sent to mary.ctr.littlefield@faa.gov and must contain 6973GH-18-R-00105, FAACO #30078, as part of the email subject line. Any responses received after 5:00 p.m. CST, June 1, 2018 may not be considered in accordance with AMS provision 3.2.2.3-14, Late Submissions, Modifications, and Withdrawals of submittal vendor's response may be determined ineligible. Potential offerors should note that the FAA reserves the right to communicate with one or more offerors at any time during the SIR process. This SIR/RFO is not to be construed as a contract or a commitment of any kind. The Government shall not be liable for payment of any costs attributed to the preparation and submission of proposals. Therefore, any cost associated with the SIR submission is solely at the vendor ™s expense.
