Description

Network 23 Contracting Office anticipates awarding a sole source procurement to Alliant Healthcare Enterprises. NAICS Code 339112, Surgical and Medical Instrument Manufacturing, with a size standard of 1,000 employees will be utilized. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of VAAR 819.7007 for eight (8) Olympus Video Colonoscopes. No solicitation will be issued. A determination not to compete this proposed contract is based solely within the discretion of the Government. This notice of intent is not a request for quotes or information.
