Sources Sought Questionnaire to be filled out and completed by potential sources Performance Based Work Statement US Army Corps of Engineers, Mobile District South Atlantic Division (SAD) Nursing Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Single Award Task Order Contract (SATOC) Sources Sought Notice Contracting Office Address USACE Mobile District Contracting Division, c/o Eric Hurtado PO Box 2288, Mobile, AL 36628-0001 Description This notice is not a solicitation announcement and will not constitute any commitment by the Government. A market survey is being conducted to gain knowledge of potential qualified small business sources to determine if they can effectively compete for award of an IDIQ contract with a five year ordering period. This procurement is 100% set-aside for Small Business concerns. Only Small Business Firms/Sources under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 621399 and PSC Q401 shall respond to this notice (size standard $7.5M). Small business must be able to comply with FAR 52.219.14 - Limitations on Subcontracting. The USACE, Mobile District anticipates future procurement requirements for a Health Care Agency to provide professional Registered Nurses with occupational health experience who can provide Occupational Health Nursing Services for the SAD covering Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, Puerto Rico, and Tennessee. These nurses have the potential to be deployed in response to civil disaster duty anywhere in US or its Territories. Services will be provided to federal employees of participating agencies in accordance with OSHA, DOD, DOT standards, US Army Corps of Engineers regulations, SAD Regional Occupational Health Center (ROHC) protocols and other applicable directives. The ROHC is headquartered in the Federal Building, 109 St. Joseph Street, Mobile, AL. The ROHC will provide guidance for Occupational Health Services within the Region. It is necessary that the Nurse Support in the region be recruited in or around the various District Offices. Some examples of current requirements are: - Mobile, AL (Occupational Health Clinic - on site), Two full-time RNs and one part-time will be needed at the Mobile, AL site. - Jacksonville, FL (Occupational Health Clinic- on site), One full-time RN and one part-time will be needed at the Jacksonville, FL site. - Savannah, GA (Occupational Health Clinic - on site), One full-time and one part-time RN will be needed at the Savannah, GA site. - Wilmington and Raleigh, NC (periodic assignment for health promotion and assessments no on-site clinic), and - Charleston, SC (periodic assignment for health promotion and assessments no on-site clinic). Full-time and part-time RNs manage occupational health and wellness programs utilizing outlying clinics as well as on-site clinics; provide emergency and acute care for federal employees working in an office setting; travel to field offices to provide wellness programs; and deploy to civil disaster missions as needed. PRN (as needed) RNs will be needed in the Wilmington, NC, Raleigh, NC, and Charleston, SC areas to provide periodic wellness programs, in all listed areas to back-fill positions, and for civil disaster duty as needed.
