36C25018Q0691 SPECIAL NOTICE NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE ComboLab The Department of Veterans Affairs, The Louis Stokes Cleveland Department of Veteran Affairs Medical Center, 10701 East Boulevard, Cleveland, Ohio 44106 intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106(b)(1), Soliciting from a single-source and VAAR 819.7007, Sole source awards to service disabled veteran-owned small business (SDVOSB) concerns. The VA intends to solicit and negotiate with TrillaMed, LLC, 30100 Telegraph Road, Suite 366, Bingham Farms, MI 48025, a SDVOSB, for a ComboLab Upgrade. There currently are two (2) ComboLabs in the facility, in which need to be compatible with each other. The ComboLab combines electrophysiology and hemodynamics in one recording system. Other persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement by Friday, May 18, 2018 at 5PM EST. Such capabilities information will be used solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis. All information shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the Government.  A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
