Description

RFQ 36C24818Q0732 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 in conjunction with Part 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This procurement is being conducted under Subpart 13.5 Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial items. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation for this action. Quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Network Contracting Office 8-SAO East intends to award a fixed priced contract utilizing Tiered Evaluations Including Small Business Concerns, providing for all supplies, materials, equipment, labor, supervision, management and transportation, necessary to complete the Pond Cleaning & Aeration Maintenance for Southeast Pond Expansion also known as Lake Timucuan in accordance with the below Statement of Work (SOW) and attached Price Schedule. The pond, is located at the intersection of Hoover St. and Bill Young Blvd. on Bay Pines VA Healthcare System's (VAHCS) station at 10000 Bay Pines Blvd., St. Petersburg, FL 33744. Quoters shall review all attached documents, attend the Site Visit, and submit documentation being requested in the attached RFQ 36C24818Q0732 Combined Synopsis Solicitation by the specified solicitation due date.
