Description
The Facilities Management Organization at Sandia National Laboratories operates and maintains existing buildings and utilities; modifies, and constructs new buildings; demolishes substandard structures; and provides site services for customers. The campus is comprised of 410 acres. The main campus of 134 acres and approximately 90 buildings, has an estimated 900,000 square feet of building space. The site has associated roads, parking lots, pathways, and other impervious surfaces and includes turf areas, fields, hardscapes, ground cover, and catch basins; storm drain outlets; water way canals and channels with a length of 9000 linear feet of sewer pipe with accessible manholes and is surrounded by 276 acres of undeveloped land. Offeror shall confirm they are capable of providing all supervision, labor, equipment, and materials necessary for pest management services at Sandia National Laboratories in Livermore, California to include monitoring, baiting, trapping, suppression, and pest removal and disposal. Scheduled, corrective and emergency service types shall be included, as appropriate. Pest types shall include populations of rats, mice, cockroaches, ants, flies, squirrels, spiders and other arthropods, whether indoor or outdoor, and shall not include birds, bats, snakes, possums, raccoons, subterranean termites, mosquitos and plant feeding pests. All chemicals shall be approved prior to usage and labeled and monitored as directed by NTESS. Regular inspections, record keeping and reporting shall be required. Suitable and appropriate workforce shall be supplied so that the work is performed in a timely and safe manner and in compliance with all applicable regulations, laws, and NTESS requirements. Mandatory Requirements: Offeror shall state whether they maintain, or are willing to establish, a place of business within a 100-mile radius of the project site (Sandia National Laboratories - Livermore, CA). If a place of business must be established, Offeror shall confirm that a place of business within a 100-mile radius of the project site will be established within 60 days of subcontract award. Offeror shall provide a statement attesting to such. Offeror shall have a minimum five (5) years of experience in substantially similar subcontracts / executing work substantially similar to the scope described herein. Offeror shall attest to their ability to provide personnel who are U.S. Citizens and are willing to undergo a federal background check, and are willing and able to obtain and hold a clearance. Offeror shall submit the following valid licenses and certifications: •California Pest Control Business License •Certification as a Qualified Applicator with the California Department of Pesticide Regulation - Level A, B and C •California Structural Pest Control Board License (Branch 2 and 3) Licenses and certifications shall include expiration dates. NTESS will verify that licenses have never been suspended or revoked for any reason. Offeror shall confirm that they have registered, or will register, with the System for Award Management (SAM) website at www.sam.gov prior to the BOW posting close date specified above. Offeror must attest to the fact that NAICS code 561710: Exterminating and Pest Control Services is currently on their System for Award Management (SAM) report or will be on their SAM report prior to the RFQ release date. Offerors that do not have NAICS code 561710 on their SAM report will be ineligible to receive an RFQ. Further, Offeror cannot presently be on the Government Debarred List as debarred, suspended, or proposed for debarment.
