- This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Request for Quote (RFQ) for Nor-Lake Scientific Model No. LRF201WWW/0 Laboratory Refrigerator/Freezer and THERMALARM digital thermal alarm, or equal for the Department of Veteran Affairs, Carl Vinson VA Medical Center, Dublin, GA. The individual specifications are located in the solicitation document. This requirement is a 100% SDVOSB set aside. The NAICS code for this requirement is 333415 and the Small Business Size Standard of 1250 employees. BASIS OF AWARD The lowest price technically acceptable source selection process will be used as basis of award. Eligible and interested vendors should download a copy of the RFQ Solicitation document, 36C24718Q0635, which contains all corresponding attachments, from the FBO website (www.fbo.gov). The solicitation has instructions on how to submit quotes in accordance with FAR 52.212-1. Please check the posting daily for updates.
