Description

This project includes all labor, materials and equipment to prepare a building site and construct a "lean-to" addition to the Ferron Ranger District Warehouse in Ferron, Utah. The Ferron District work site is located at 115 Canyon Road and is owned by the Manti-La Sal National Forest. Work includes earthwork, road base, concrete foundations, wood framing, pre-fabricated wood trusses and sheathing, felt, metal roofing and minor mechanical work. The work will be conducted at the Forest Service site in Ferron, Utah at an existing Forest Service owned site on the Ferron Ranger District. The site is located at 115 Canyon Road as shown on the drawings cover sheet. There is no formal site visit. For information regarding the site, please contact Cathy Christiansen at 435-636-3552. Magnitude of Construction Project (per FAR 36.204(b)) - Between $25,000 and $100,000
