- Statement of Work - LCP Catholic Spiritual Guide Market Research Questionnaire The Federal Bureau of Prisons is conducting market research in compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulation, Part 10. The service will encompass the provision of Life Connections Program (LCP) Catholic Spiritual Leader services. The service will be provided for the prisoners held in the custody of the Department of Justice, Federal Bureau of Prisons, located at the Federal Correctional Institution, Milan, MI. This contract will be a total small business set aside. Only quotes from small businesses will be accepted and considered by the Government. THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY. SOLICITATIONS ARE NOT AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME. This notice does not constitute a commitment by the government. It is anticipated that a solicitation will be issued for the provision of one (1) LCP Catholic Spiritual Leader which will be procured using NAICS code 813110. The requirement for these services will consist of an estimated 1,080 sessions per year (30 hour sessions per week). Each session is defined as one (1) hour in length. A Market Survey Questionnaire is available, and will be distributed solely through General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities website http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. The site provides downloading instructions. All future information about this acquisition, including any subsequent solicitation and/or amendments, will be distributed solely through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information regarding this acquisition. The response date for the market survey is May 25, 2018. No telephone requests or written requests for the Market Survey Questionnaire will be accepted. All responses to the Market Survey questionnaire may be submitted in hard copy to ccurnutt@bop.gov. Faith based and Community-based organizations can submit offers/bids/quotations equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. Please note: All potential quoters are advised if a solicitation is issued it will include the clause at FAR 52.212-4 (July 2017) for Commercial Items. This clause requires all contractors doing business with the Federal Government after September 30, 2003, to be registered in the SAM database.
