Description

The proposed contract action is for commercial supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider all responses received within seven days after date of publication of this notice of intent. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract action is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The Navy Office of Information (CHINFO) manages all U.S. Navy content on the Navy ™s flagship digital asset management system. This procurement is for the migration of CHINFO ™s on-premises digital asset management system to a cloud computing infrastructure. The applicable North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is 334118. All responses may be emailed to Sean M. Bennett at sean.m.bennett@navy.mil and reference number N0018918PZ259 no later than 1500 EST on 16 May 2018.
