- This is the Request for Quote with all the necessary provisions and clauses. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested. The solicitation number is N4523A18Q4191 and is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through federal acquisition Circular 2005-97 effective 24 JAN 2018. The solicitation is 100% Small Business Set-Aside and the associated NAICS is 611519 with a small business size standard of $15M. Requirement is as follows: CLIN 0001: QTY: 01 Unit: JOB Engagement Simulation Systems (ESS)Tactical Training Service -- See attached RFQ N4523A18Q4191 for all details and descriptions. Period of Performance (POP): Contractors shall arrive Friday 07 September 2018 at Naval Base Kitsap to be issued entry credentials. Contractors shall set up the training site 08 September 2018 and 9th as needed. Training shall be conducted 10 2018 September - 14 September 2018 daily from 0730 to 1600 Hours with a 30 minute lunch break. Place of Performance: Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and IMF, Naval Base Kitsap, Bangor, Silverdale, WA. Trident Blvd. Main Gate, Silverdale, WA 98315-0000.
