- ITEM NO 0001 Rental of 1 Laundry Trailer Laundry Facilities: The contractor shall provide 1 laundry facility, consisting of 20 washers and dryers at Camp Bullis, San Antonio, TX. The facilities shall be cleaned and serviced daily to ensure use 24 hours a day in accordance with the performance work statement. DELIVERY LOCATION: 6457 Camp Bullis Rd, San Antonio, TX 78257 PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: 13- 27 JUNE 2018 For Use by HHC 71st ITEM NO 0002 Rental of (2) shower trailers Vendor shall provide 2 shower trailer with 18 Shower Heads per trailer for a total of 36 accordance with the attached PWS. Daily servicing and removal of grey water. DELIVERY LOCATION: 6457 Camp Bullis Rd, San Antonio, TX 78257 PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: 13- 27 JUNE 2018 ITEM 0003 Daily Servicing and Cleaning Servicing and Cleaning of the Laundry and showers. In accordance with the PWS. 0005 Contracting Manpower Reporting The contractor shall report ALL contractor labor hours (including subcontractor labor hours) required for performance of services provided under this contract for the USPFO for Texas Warehouse via a secure data collection site. The contractor is required to completely fill in all required data fields using the following web address: http://www.ecmra.mil/ Reporting inputs will be for the labor executed during the period of performance during each Government fiscal year (FY), which runs October 1 through September 30. While inputs may be reported any time during the FY, all data shall be reported no later than October 31 of each calendar year, beginning 2013.
