Description

The Government intends to award a contract to Open Source Electronic Health Record Alliance (OSEHRA) utilizing Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 6.302-1, Only one source is capable of providing the services required. Veteran Affairs (VA) Office of Information and Technology (OI&T) requires a one year membership with OSEHRA. OSEHRA is a 501(c)(a) nonprofit corporation. The work of OSEHRA aims to develop and deliver open source electronic health record solutions and innovations that are aligned to the transition of VistA Legacy within a modernized 21st Century eHealth environment. OSEHRA is the sole organization that provides these services. No solicitation documents exist for this requirement and telephone requests will not be accepted. However, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement within 10 business days from the FBO posting date of this notice, which will be considered by the agency.
