- Signed SSJ for Sole Source Intent to PTFS This is published for informational purposes only and not as a request for competitive proposals. The United States Government Publishing Office (GPO) intends to issue a sole source contract in accordance with MMAR 6.302-1 to Progressive Technology Federal Systems, Inc. (PTFS) of North Bethesda, MD for GPO's Development and Support for the FDsys/govinfo Program. This follow-on allows PTFS to continue and complete critical tasks for Web Application, Processing and System Administration services for the FDsys/govinfo program, and to ensure a seamless transition of these duties, if required. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. All inquiries can be emailed to glrobertson@gpo.gov on or before 1PM (EST) on May 17, 2018.
