- Signed SSJ for Sole Source Intent to Primescape This is published for informational purposes only and not as a request for competitive proposals. The United States Government Publishing Office (GPO) intends to issue a sole source contract in accordance with MMAR 6.302-1 to Primescape Solutions, Inc. (Primescape) of Herndon, VA for Development and Maintenance for the FDsys/govinfo database and Documentum Repository as well as the Federal Register 2.0 (FR2.0) Website. This follow-on allows Primescape to continue and complete critical tasks for the FDsys/govinfo database and Documentum Repository as well as the Federal Register 2.0 (FR2.0) Website and to ensure a seamless transition of these duties, if required. Oral communications are not acceptable in reponse to this notice. All inquiries can be emailed to glrobertson@gpo.gov on or before 11 a.m. on October 9, 2017 (EST).
