- Description
- The Contractor shall provide appraisal service(s) as specified by the Contracting Officer or designated representative during the period of three years. BPA's will have a maxium dollar value of $150,000.00 and calls will be above $2,500.00 but under $75,000.00. The Contractor must meet Uniform Appraisal Standards for Federal Land Acquisitions (UASFLA, often called The Yellow Book), and the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP), current edition, as promulgated by the Appraisal Foundation, will be utilized in preparing appraisals for Federal acquisition purposes. USACE appraisals must also comply with the Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition Policies Act of 1970, Public Law 91-646, as amended. (42 USC 4601 et seq.), (the Uniform Act), codified in 49 CFR Part 24. Interested SAM.gov registered contractors should forward DUNS, Cage code, name of business, and contact information to the point of contact list in this notice.
