- The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veteran Integrated Service Network (VISN) 8 is currently seeking information from any Service Disabled Veteran-owned Small Business (SDVOSB) or Veteran-owned Small Business (VOSB) vendor, or other small businesses that can provide the following service. 1. Scope of Work: Boiler Safety Device Testing, Program Development and Training for all VISN 8. 2. Performance Period: Base year and 4 one-year option periods. 3.
