- The US Army Contracting Command, APG, Natick Contracting Division, on behalf of the Warfighter Directorate, intends to award a firm, fixed-price contract under FAR 13.106(b)(1) only one responsible source to The University of Georgia, Athens, GA 30602 for proprietary Covalent Grafting of Durable and Optically Clear Anti-fogging Copolymer Films to Protective Combat Glasses. The University of Georgia is the only institution capable of providing this proprietary anti-fogging technology. All Responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541715.
