Previous notices for this program were provided under the number FA8214-17-C-ADSR. As this is now a Draft RFP, the number has been updated. Your feedback on all parts of the Draft RFP is requested with specific interest in schedule and data rights. Please let us know of clarification, issues, concerns, inconsistencies, omissions, etc. Please note that the RFP for this program will include classified and unclassified but sensitive information. Two bidder's libraries have been set up for interested parties to review these documents--one library for classified documents, and one library for unclassified but sensitive documents. To obtain these documents use the instructions listed in Section L. Note that access to classified documents for the purposes of this Draft RFP will be limited to only one, scheduled two-hour visit with up to two people.
