- Statement of Work for AC Repair Request For Quote for AC Repair Procurement of AC Repair 1. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial supply prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; this is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is FA4661-18-Q-0070. 2. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95 effective 19 Jan 2017, DFARS DPN 20161222 effective 22 Dec 2016, and AFFARS AFAC 2017-0127 effective 27 Jan 2017. 3. The North American Industry Classification System code (NAICS) is 333415- Air-conditioning and warm air heating combination units manufacturing. The Federal Supply Code (FSC) is 4120- Air Conditioning Equipment. The Small Business Size Standard for this NAICS code is 1,250 EMP. 4. Set-aside: Total Small Business 5. Delivery shall be F.O.B. Destination to: ATTN: TSgt Tomlin 197 Ave D. Bldg. 8202, Flight Sim Training Room 36 and 42 Dyess AFB, TX 79607 6. Delivery: 60 Days ADC 7. All quotes will be evaluated based on the lowest price technically acceptable. 8. All questions pertaining to this requirement must be submitted on the question form (see attachments) and received no later than 15 May 2018, 2:00 P.M. (CST). 9. Deadline for receipt of offers: 17 May 2018, 2:00 P.M (CST). 10. Funds are presently available for this contract. 11. QUOTE SUBMISSION: All quotes must be emailed to A1C Corey T. FAR 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications * The offeror is not required to use Page 2 of this Combined Synopsis/Solicitation; however, if you chose not to use it, all of the information on Page 2 must be included in your offer. 12. Quotes must be valid through 16 June 2018 (or 60 days after submission).
