- __________________________________ Amendment 2 - a nswers industry questions: Question 2: For CLIN 0002, the specs align with an APC (Schneider Electric) part# SURT6000RMXLT, which has been discontinued. The replacement is APC part# SRT5KRMXLT, which I had planned on quoting. However, the technical specs in your RFQ have called out 6kVA. To be sure our quote meets the spec minimum, I wanted to bring up the following information. The original SURT6000RMXLT could only attain 6kVA if you hardwired it to 40 amp input. If you used the L6-30 input connection, it was a 5kVA unit. Can you please confirm if the replacement part# SRT5KRMXLT is an acceptable alternative? Specs found at the following link http://www.apc.com/shop/us/en/products/APC-Smart-UPS-SRT-5000VA-RM-208V/P-SRT5KRMXLT Answer 2: The specifications require the output power be 4.2kW/6kVA. The specifications require an L6-30 input connector. The requirement does not say that the output power has to be 4.2kW/6kVA with the L6-30 input connector. Question 3: I noticed there is an M2000 and well as a P6000. On this build; however, HP requires that you use matching cards when creating the configs. How would you like me to configure this? I can do it with two matching cards M2000 or P6000 OR add the M2000 after the fact at our location before shipping to the final location. Please, note the mixing of cards is not a "supported" option by HP. But it can be done after the fact. Answer 3: Because the P6000 exceeds the performance of the M2000, two P6000 cards is acceptable (it exceeds the requirements). Question 4: We have a question regarding your RFQ N66604-18-Q-2066 for Dell equipment. Specifically, we are getting push back from Dell regarding the dual monitor stand. Dell is claiming they don't make a dual monitor stand for the UP3017 monitor. Do you require the monitor bracket to be a desktop stand? Can it be mounted on the back edge of the desk? Can the stand be from a different manufacturer than Dell? Answer 4: The specification requires a dual monitor stand. The monitor stand can be from any manufacturer. The method of mounting the monitor stand on the desk is not specified (either method is acceptable). Question 5: On the workstations do you want these rack mounted or standing tower cases? The only reason I ask is the other 2 parts are rack mounted. Answer 5: Standing tower cases are required for the workstations.
