- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, using the Simplified Acquisition Procedures in FAR Part 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this announcement. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation for this requirement; and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Quotes are requested, as noted at the end of this announcement. The solicitation number is N00244-18-Q-0136 and is issued as a request for quote (RFQ) from NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center San Diego (FLCSD) for the lease of eight Conveyor Dishwashing Machines and their respective installation. This RFQ/solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-91 effective 30 September 2016 and DFARS DPN 20160811 effective 21 October 2016. It is the responsibility of the Contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The clauses may be accessed in full text at the following addresses: www.acqnet.gov/far and http://www.acq.osd.mil/dpap/dfars/index.htm. This procurement is for full and open competition; the NAICS code is 532490 and the small business size standard is $32.5M. NAVSUP FLCSD requests responses from qualified companies capable of fulfilling the requirement based on the provided Statement of Work (SOW). The SOW is included with this notice. It is the Contractor ™s responsibility to obtain and review all documents associated with this RFQ/solicitation. Quotes that do not include sufficient information, data, and complete responses as prescribed in this notice may be determined unacceptable and may not be considered for award. Submission of a quote represents that the required items adhere to all factors listed in this RFQ/solicitation. The Government anticipates awarding a firm-fixed price (FFP) Purchase Order. This combined synopsis/solicitation will close with quotes due at 10:00AM Pacific Standard Time on 18 May 2018. Email quotes Jorge Cubas at Jorge.cubas1@navy.mil. Oral queries or questions will not be accepted. Questions can only be submitted by Email and sent to the point of contact identified above. Email shall clearly reference the RFQ number in the subject line and state your question as clearly as possible. Other methods of submitting questions will not be acknowledged or addressed. Questions may be submitted at any day and time, but not later than 10:00AM Pacific Standard Time on 15 May 2018. Questions submitted after this date and time may not be accepted. Since the submittal of questions may result in amendments to the RFQ, it is imperative that questions be submitted as soon as possible.
