This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is used as a Request for Quote (RFQ) under number 70Z08518RP4587400. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-97, effective January 25, 2018. This is a total small business set-aside. The NAICS Code applicable to this procurement is 336611 with a size standard of 1250 employees for the requirement. The contract will be awarded on a firm-fixed-price basis. To receive an award, the Contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) www.sam.gov. See Attchments for Details.
