- Brand Name Justification Solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation to provide Oracle product license renewal and support maintenance for NOAA’s Financial and Administrative systems databases. This Solicitation is a Request for Quote (RFQ) for Commercial Items prepared in accordance with FAR Part 13 supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation that will be issued. The Government anticipates a Firm-Fixed Price contract resulting from this solicitation. NOTE: Sections A through I will be included in the award. This is a brand name requirement. The brand considered is Oracle. The Government will only accept quotes from Oracle authorized federal resellers. This Solicitation is set-aside for HUBZone resellers. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 511210 with a small business size standard of $38.5M.
