Description
The National Forests in Alabama has a requirement for recreational site grounds operation maintenance at multiple locations as further detailed in the Schedule of Items and Work Statements. The proposed contract is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 115310 and the small business size standard is $7.5 million. The government intends to issue a firm fixed price contract on the basis of technical capability, past performance, and price as best meets the needs of the Government. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items/services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a RFQ. This requirement is subject to the Service Contract Act. The proposed contract period of performance is June 1, 2018 through November 30, 2018.
