- The Draft RFP is now available. To gain access to the Draft RFP, Interested SDVOSB Vendors must be registered within SAM with the proper NAICS Code for this requirement, which will be verified by the Contracting Officer. Furthermore, Interested Vendor's Cage Code will be submitted through USSOCOM Security who will verify proof of: a. TOP SECRET Facility Clearance b. SECRET Level of Safeguarding (may be satisfied by team member during solicitation period) This precaution has been established to limit the dissemination of sensitive unclassified information. Proof of Top Secret Facility Clearance and Secret Level of Safeguarding are required for this effort. NAICS: 541990 Competition: Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside Interested SDVOSB vendors shall submit the following information to receive the Draft RFP: • Name and CAGE Code of prime SDVOSB entity • Name and official SDVOSB company email address of point of contact for unclassified correspondence regarding this solicitation • Name of individual authorized (if different from above) to receive and sign for final solicitation package (Note: Individual must have Secret clearance and be located at address belonging to the CAGE Code below) • Name and CAGE Code of entity to receive FINAL RFP if different than above Please submit Questions, Comments and Suggestions to improve the RFP no later than 1700 on 24 May 2018. The tentative date for release of the Final RFP will on or about Mid-June.
