- Government-Furnished Property AFMC Form 158 DD Form 1653 Performance Work Statement (PWS) Contract Data Requirements List (CDRLs) Request for Proposal (RFP) This requirement is sole source to Communications & Power Industries LLC, Microwave Power Products Division (CPII MPP), CAGE Code 0MH33 for engineering services study to support the ALE-50 Towed Decoy program. The purpose of this effort is to conduct an extensive technical investigation into the overall health and reliability of the Helix Traveling Wave Tubes (TWT) found in the ALE-50 and to scientifically determine whether the TWT's reliability is impacted by age, inactivity, and/or environmental conditions experienced while in storage. The anticipated effort will be a definitive C-type contract with a period of performance of 8 months. The proposed contract action is sole-sourced to CPII MPP under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Responses are due by 15 June 2018 at 1700 EST. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. The RFP is posted at www.fedbizopps.gov.
