- Solicitation The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution (FCI) Elkton, located in Lisbon, Ohio, intends to issue solicitation for the requirements of: QUARTERLY BREAD PRODUCTS. This solicitation is unrestricted, FOB Destination with delivery dates between July 1, 2018, and September 30, 2018. The exact delivery dates will be provided in the solicitation. Deliveries will be made to the FCI Elkton Food Service Warehouse at 8730 Scroggs Road, Lisbon, Ohio 44432. The contract type is a firm-fixed price. The Government reserves the right upon award to make formal single or multiple awards. The Government will award to the responsible offeror (s) whose offer conforms to the solicitation and is most advantageous to the Government with consideration to past performance and price. The solicitation will be made available on or about May 15, 2018, and be will be posted to the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities website: http://www.fedbizopps.gov. All future information about this acquisition to include solicitation amendments will be distributed through this website. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure they have the most up-to-date information about this solicitation. The anticipated date for receipt of quotes is June 1, 2018, 8:00 a.m., Eastern Standard Time (EST). • Payment will be made using Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). • Each offer is required per FAR 52.212-3 to complete their representations and certifications via On-line Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) at: https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/.
