Description
The Army Contracting Command -Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG) intends to solicit and award a sole source purchase order to Atmosphere, Inc, 8801 Monard Drive, Silver Spring, MD 20910-1807 under authority FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), only one responsible source. The proposed contract will be awarded on a firm fixed price basis. Only Atmosphere, Inc. is able to provide the lighting services in such a severe time constraint for the Medal of Honor Ceremony. This notice of intent is not a request for proposals or quotations. No solicitation package will be issued. Requests for copies of a solicitation in response to this notice will not be honored or acknowledged. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether conducting a competitive procurement is in the best interest of the Government. All responses received 10 a.m. EST on 24 May 2018 will be considered by the Government. All information should support the offeror's capability to provide the supplies and services requested, and shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the Government. Responses must be in writing and must provide clear and concise documentation indicating an offeror's capability to provide these supplies and services. Verbal responses are not acceptable and will not be considered. Responses and questions shall be submitted via email to Barbara DeSchepper of ACC-APG at barbara.e.deschepper.civ@mail.mil.
