- Automated Mosquito Trap Essential Characteristics: FA8052-18-RFI-001 Attachment 1 Request for Information (RFI) The Air Force Medical Evaluation Support Activity is conducting market research in order to provide information on Automated Mosquito Traps to enhance surveillance for arthropod disease vector populations (e.g. mosquitoes, sand flies), Air Combat Command (ACC) will provide the capability for an automated trap that attracts arthropod disease vectors (e.g. mosquitoes, sand flies) without the use of carbon dioxide (CO2), will count and identify different species, and has automated reporting. Instructions to Respondents To answer this RFI, please fill in the attached forms (RFI response Form #1 and #2 [attached Excel requirements spreadsheet]).
